Magnovox Crt Tv Model # 27ms4504

I have a magnovox Crt tv model number 27ms4504/17 do not have the remote and can not turn the caption off can you please help me with this the captios are very annoying and I can not turn them off from the main menu of this particilar tv!

You are correct the only front panel controls are power, volume & channel controls. You may want to consider a replacement remote here.
