Missing Power Adapter & Cable

I am missing the power cord for my 15" LCD TV Maganvox (15MF500T).  How do I replace it? And what is the cost?

In searching for the proper adapter for your display I noticed that 2 different input voltage were listed. Check the back of your unit & note the input voltage, 16 or 12. The link for a brochure is here.
