Tv Stuck On One Channel.remote Can't Command Any Function Other Than Volume.

Remote is 890 Harmony. Approx. 2 years old. PVR is brand new as of today (spoke with one of your telephone representatives who suggested that it was the PVR that needed replacing). TV still cannot move off of same channel. Has been like this all week. Only after replacing PVR can the volume now change. No other commands/directives work. The channels do not change, nor can I get onto list etc.. I have a reference # 110206001609 from today (Feb. 5)the fellow told me to use if I had to call Logitech support back in case it truly was the remote. I need help in correcting the problem please.
