Conferences Calls With Linksys Spa942

I have some clients that complain because of the quality of the conferences calls made with SPA942 phones. I have already upgraded the firmware to 6.1.5(a)  and the quality is a bit better but not yet totally clear. I would like to know the better configuration for the phones in order to improve the calls quality. Thanks in advance for you support, Best Regards, Alvaro Jérez
