Programming Lj8950w Fails On Automatic Force Setup. Can Not Operate Door.

Went through programming travel, No issues. Automatic force setup, I have no control, it goes up fine, when coming down 2/3 of the way every time it stops and returns to top, one long beep, setup failed. Done this 10+ times already. Door is easy to move up and down by hand, but add lubricants, no help. When going through auto force setup broke eye and it immediately returned to open position as it should. Do not know what else to do..Made chain longer but do not think that should have any thing to do with this. Manual said make sure cable tension monitor is installed correctly. It does not have one? Check sensors to see if not lined up, test and know they work.Help, can not use if you can't program it
