Explain How To Get To The Logic Board On A Liftmaster 3800 Thank You

I Can't Open The Door. The Door Control Doesn't Light Up, But My Tester Shows Voltage. I Purchased A New Door Control Thinking That Was My Problem, But I Have The Same Issue. i Checked My Safety Reversing Sensors And Only One Has The Indicator Light Glowing. we Did Have A Bad Storm. Do You Think It Could Have Taken Out The Logic Board?
