I Cant Get My Lexmark Z600 Color Printer To Work! I Have Windows 7.
My disc player doesnt work, so i cant install through cd

Your Lexmark Z600 does not work with your Windows 7 Operating System untill you install the driver software. If you don't have the CD, you should download it from the support website of Lexmark. Here's the link to the driver software:
