How do you change the time on the printer?

  1. Go to Settings, Control Panel and select FAX.
  2. Press Options until EDIT DATE:TIME appears on the LCD display.
  3. To change the date:

    1. Press Select.
    2. Use the keypad the buttons to enter the present date in the form DD:MM:YY.
    3. Press Select.

  4. To change the time:

    1. Press Options again until EDIT DATE:TIME appears on the display.
    2. Press the right arrow key once and then press Select
    3. Use the keypad buttons to enter the time you want your All-in-One to display.
    4. Press Select.
    5. You will be prompted to choose between the 12-hour and the 24-hour clock. Press 1 for AM, 2 for PM, or 3 for the 24 hour clock as required.
