Do I Need A New Printer Head ?
All inks are printing except the black ink the makes of the inks L100xl which i bought online.

If you're only having a problem with the black ink, then maybe you will only need to replace the black cartridge. Try to update the firmware of your printer. Just go to http://bit.ly/ghfW8H to download the firmware update.
Also, make sure that you're using a genuine Lexmark cartridge.
If the firmware update doesn't help, please contact our technical support team.
