Problem
My printer does not work anymore, I can't close my printer I don't see notihing but lexmark and the machine still turning once a while.

Try to unplug the power of your printer for about 30 seconds and plug it back in. Might best to unplug the power adapter (black box at the back of your printer). If it doesn't work, try updating the firmware of your printer: http://bit.ly/ghfW8H.
