Print Head
Had print head error; LexMark sent me new print head and ink cartridges. I installed print head and all seems to be printing well. I noticed, however, that when I open the printer top, the print head does not move over to the center area. Is this normal?

On the control panel of your printer, press on the Ink Levels > Maintenance > Replace Printhead > Open the cover of the printhead.
If this doesn't work, just press the power button of the printer for about 5 seconds to turn the printer off. Once the printer is off, open the cover of the printer, then pull the printhead to the center so you can replace it.
