How To Turn My P6250 Printer Into A Wireless Printer?

The option that may be the best in the long term is to buy a wireless printer. You can convert but you will lose much of the functionality of the printer.
Since the printer is USB only you have two choices. First use the PC as a print server. Second use a wireless to USB adapter.
The PC will act as a print server if you share the printer. Anyone on your wireless network would then be able to use it. In addition you can install the full software suite on each PC and the features should all work this way.
The other option is to use something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833156036&cm_re=wireless_usb_print_server-_-33-156-036-_-Product. This will act as a wireless print server for your wireless clients. The disadvantage is that many of the printer featurtes may not work like ink level detection.
