Type the printer IP address into the address field of your Web browser to access printer's web interface. If you do not know the IP address of the printer, then print a network setup page and locate the IP address in the TCP/IP section.

On the printer’s web interface, click Settings and under Default Settings, click on E-mail/FTP Settings. Click E-mail Settings and look for Transmission Log, click on the drop down button and select “do not print log” and then click on submit.
