Lenovo G570 43343qm How Can You Activate Switchable Graphics?

I recently bought a Lenovo G570 43343QM however the manual lacks the ability to specify for this certain system how to activate my on-board AMD Radeon 6370HD switchable Graphics, I called Lenovo and they told me it was all automatic however after installing a Graphics monitor it appears nothing is happening. Also my processor should be overclocking however it to is only staying at 2.3GZ when it can overclock to 2.9. If anyone can help it would be most appreciated.
