How Do I Import Pictures From My Samsung Phone Into This Computer
I am trying to import pictures from my Samsung smartphone into this computer. I put in USB cord and chose "import photos" and it just says there is nothing to import. Can you help me?

You need to search your phone directory for images. They would be stored in a sub-directory and you need to tell your pc where to find them. This article will explain how. It is not necessary to purchase the software. There are free options.
