Lenovo Flex 3-1120 Discharging While Charging?

I set my Lenovo Flex 3-1120 to prolonged mode charging overnight. In the morning I set it to normal charging mode. However, it kept discharging even though it had been plugged in this whole time, it has dropped from around 80 to 40% and is continuing. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem could be, or a solution?

Update the 'Power Management' software to the latest available version
Ensure than Conserve Mode is not enabled

Kindly resubmit should need still be (advising if you see 'Plugged in, not charging' on the task bar)
