Either the mic on your phone is dead or dirty. Try insert earphones on the phone to see if the mic on them is working' you can do that by recording any sound if the mic on the earphones is not working then the problem is with the phone visit a local professional technician. if the mic on the earphones is working then the mic on the phone might be dirty and the solution to clean your mic is to disassemble you phone.
