Lg Tv Now Showing 'tv 2 Is Currently On Standby'. 2nd Tv Ok. Pvr Ok

My boss has two tvs linked to a pvr decoder, 2nd tv is fine, main tv (in lounge) is saying "tv2 currently on standby". The manual doesn't tell me how to take it off standby and neither does the remote. Help!!!!!!!
