Lgms500 Blue Screen And Won't Turn On

Phone was at %50 when i started to charge it and then it turned to a blue screen and started to viberate. I immediatly took the battery out and waited a second and put it back in and it didn't respond to the power button being pressed. Completely unresponsive. However when the battery is out and the phone is on the charger it has the green light on the "Home" button to show it is fully charged and it flashes randomly. Advice?
