Pics To Desktop

Im Having A Hard Time Getting My Desktop To Accept My Lg Optimus Lgms323. It Does Nothing But Say I Need To Turn On My Mobile Hotspot, Which Ive Never Had To Do Before. Please Help

Hello to transfer pictures to desktop, you need a USB cable, connect the USB cable from your phone to the computer, then go the computer access the phone files and transfer pictures
