We Have Had The Same Problem With Water Leaking. I Have Removed A Thick Layer

of ice from the "floor" of the freezer on probably 50 occasions in the past 2 years. We make sure that the doors are closed properly, but there may be a small enough leak in the seals to allow some moisture to accumulate. I am stepping in water every time I go to the fridge. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
