Why is my LG fridge door not closing?

Inspect the seals (gaskets) around the doors to be certain that they are clean and free of debris. If the seals are dirty or sticky, this can cause the doors to have trouble sealing. If necessary, clean the seals with warm water and a mild detergent.

Why won't my refrigerator door close on its own?

Is the refrigerator door still not closing? It could be the door gasket. The door gasket provides a tight seal around the refrigerator door to keep cold air in and block out ambient air. When this seal is old and worn out or otherwise defective, it may not seal tight enough to even keep the door closed properly.
