Interior Lights For Refrigerator

My interior refrigertor lights stayed on after closing doors which led to them burning out along with the fixtures. I have replaced the door switches ,the light fixture and sockets and any wiring i could reach. The lights still do not work....any suggestions? Is there an internal breaker?
