When I Send 3gp And Mp4 Videos To It By Usb Or Bluetooth
it says not supported and 3gp is the original video type for it

What you need is a video converter some of which are free to use. Do an internet search.
https://www.techradar.com/best/free-video-converter
is one link.
Then use the settings they advise for converting the video etc to the format and resolution to enable your phone to play the file. It should have the option of your device. It can be complicated to do oneself as it can be time consuming when someone has already done the work for you.
