THERES NO NEED TO REMOVE ANY APPS AND MOST OF THE APPS IN QUESTION AR SYSTEM APPS
go to Settings > Accounts and Sync > click the account you wish to remove > click the menu/settings button on the bottom of the phone(the real buttons not the on-screen ones) and select remove account.
