Hi. Do see the 'Picture Settings' section of the manual here http://www.lg.com/sg/support-product/lg-32LG10R (Under manual & document) for the best picture settings. Otherwise, there is a Service Manual here http://elektrotanya.com/lg_32lg10r-ta.djvu/download.html should it turn out to have nothing to do with the settings.
