Shut Off Voice When I Text

when I text on my phone the voice tells me what buttons I am touching. I want this option shut off but there is no speak button on my keyboard. How would I shut this off?

Go to Settings==>Apps==>All Apps==> Scroll down to "Settings" and open it, click clear data. Then go back and Open "Settings Storage" and clear data also.

Please note this method will reset all settings you have made on your phone. I currently have not found another method of turning off "text to speech" but I'm sure the method above will work.
