How Do I Stop My Phone From Telling Me I Have A Text Message And Do I Want To He

My phone says I have a text and keeps asking if I want to hear it now - yes or no.

Turn off TTS (text-to-speech). It worked for me. Go to Settings, then Call (4), then Accessibility (0), then TTY (1). Then select TTY Off and set.
