Dryer Cycle Speeds Up

Our new LG dlgx3876w dryer stops well short of running a full cycle. The 41 minute timer on the cottons setting, for example, will speed up to actually count down from 41 to 15 to 5 minutes and then "complete" the cycle after only about 10 actual minutes, so that even a small load is not quite dry.
