My Bd561 Won't Play Somr Blue Ray Movies. Is There A Fix?

Sorry I don't know the answer but I have a few suggestions.
1. Try cleaning the lens with a recommended cleaner & try again.
2. Try the bluray DVDs that don't play at a friend's house or at a store that will demo a bluray player & see if they play. If you can try them on the same model player that's even better.
If they work then the problem is your player.
3. If there is a way to get an update to your unit try that.
If nothing works contact the manufacturer with the problem, ALWAYS the sooner the better in order to get it under warranty if at all possible.
