Hello , Dear i have LG Plasme 42PX4D XCANVAS ...........my question is when i connect with HDMI cable it dosent show any video but sound is ok and when i try to connect with AV cable video is available and audio also but i can not recieve coloured video its all black and white i am using ultra hd 4k reciever for my channels its from my communication company which provide tv channels pls help me with this how to do and laso i cant find an option for language i want to change it into english but i can not find option to change language anyone help me with this thanks 42PX4D

The model you quote may not be adaptable to 4k signals if that is what I assume you are trying to use. It states in the user manual that using the HDMI input a seperate audio signal is required. I would suggest downloading the user guide and setup guide from this link. It is very concise and may solve your dilemma.
