Why Won't It Print?
I printed an invoice from Quick Books Pro and it printed alright, then I went to print a letter in Microsoft word and the error light came on and it wouldn't print. I went back to Quick Books and it wouldn't print an invoice then. It says to check print mode which I did. Then I put paper in both the trays to make sure it could print from either tray. It still won't print. I looked in the printer program and there are no print jobs listed. Wants wrong?
