Scan To Email Problem?
i cannot scan to email as it gives me a broadcast error of login,please help because it was working fine until now

try a troubleshooting reset by holding down the utility counter button, powering off the machine (not unplugging it from the wall) for 10 seconds and turn it back on all while holding the utility counter button. A white screen should pop up - hit OK.
If that doesn't work, there might be something wrong with your e-mail server. You can test this by setting up scan to e-mail to use the gmail server here are the settings (don't forget to copy down your original settings before changing them!) The gmail address must be valid along with a valid password.
