Kip Printing
We are currently working on a Kip 700 with a printing issues. Our customer is not able to print a multi-page document. Problems: The first two pages will print out continually and you have to cancel the job, you will only get the first page and have to go in and print each page separately, or the internal computer will just keep spooling and the internal computer will have to be reset. This is happening with word documents, pdfs, etc. We are not sure what to do to correct this problem Has anyone seen this problem happen? Any suggestions on how to fix?
