Why Can't I Get An Email From My Kohl's Shopping Account?

INCIDENT I requested a temporary password on November 11, 2014. I did not receive it. I called KOHL'S customer support(Mexico). Several times in fact & have sent emails describing my problem. The reply I received looked for the most part like a form letter with the blanks filled in. I have done everything that has been recommended. I entered "[email protected]'S.com" in my address book. I still do not receive a password. Short of closing my account, wiping out my history & having to start all over again, it was suggested that "did I have another email address it could be sent to"? Yes, I did. So it was sent to my husband's email address & I received it immediatly. I was then able to change it to a permanent password. While trying to eliminate any possible problems on my end and trying to change the password again, I am back to square one. Locked out again! I cannot place an order because I have no password. If I did have a password, I wouldn't receive a confirmation of my order because I do not receive emails from my shopping account. I receive emails from everybody and their uncle except Kohl's. What could be the problem? They are not in the Trash, nor the Spam, nor are they on my Blocked Sender list. They have been put on my Safe Sender List. HELP!
