If you haven't yet requested temporary password, do so now, at https://credit.kohls.com/eCustService/faces/xhtml/signin/signin_MKC.xhtml. If that's not the issue, consider these tips:

• I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
• For an email address that's not working, your Internet Service Provider may give you a solution. In the worst case you may have to use a different email address: Gmail will let you receive its mail at your current (other) mailbox--from Gmail's gear wheel [upper right] go to Settings, and then to Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
• It's possible the problem is on your end. In case it is, follow these numbered steps:

1. Make sure you haven't disabled any scripts, and then
