Kohls.i'm A Vip Until 2017, Yet Have Not Received Even A $1 In Yes2you Rewards!!

I have made numerous calls. At first I called customer service. They were very rude. What any decent cust. serv. rep. should have done is apologized and ask if I could be put on hold so they could get a supervisor who could get it sll straightened out. Also that they were extremely sorry. That most certainly didn't happen. The supervisor (Rodrigo )was a nightmare. He said he'd go back 3 months Only!!. So you have a customer that has maintained VIP status for yrs, but who cares.I called corporate on approx.4/23/15. I had the personal #for Angela who had been exceptionally helpful 1 other time (was respectful, pleasant, efficiently &effectively solved the problem ). She gave me her number in case I ever ran into unpleasant, rude, incompetent Kohls employees again. Well, I sure have and that #is no longer in operation. Do you think that anyone in Corporate would take a few minutes to check to see if there was ano Angela in Corp. NO.I spoke to Bethany Williams .She said she'd call me back later that day or the next.I rec'd $5 for signing up my email and that was it. It didn't matter how much I spent the emails always said I needed $24 etc some random #.The Mgr @ my store also had s problems with being shorted, Tina, a Mgr @ Bay Park Square Mall that I spoke to. I keep the Yes2You card right next to my Kohls card so the cashier scans that 1st EVERY SINGLE TIME .I was excited about the new promo & I trusted Kohls. I was extremely I'll last year & had 2 life threatening surgeries & almost didn't come through. I'm still in a lot of pain and it's frustrating that I have to take this extra time that I don't have, but it is my money . I was an Economics major, it's not that hard to solve this.Obviously there's a glitch somewhere in your system because even though my card is scanned it's not recording to my account. Therefore, since inception someone will just need to add up every thing that I have spent & convert it to yes2You dollars and send them to me. Obviously, Rodrigo & especially Bethany Williams in Corp should be reprimanded if not fired for the blatant lieI am also disabled and this does not look very good at all for your store. Right now it's a lost leader which is against the law.I haven't contacted the BBB yet. Hopefully, it has been a huge oversight .
