Where To Develop 15year Old 35mm Film In One-time Use Camera?

I have valuable one-time use 35mm cameras that need developing. Should I take it to a special place to do that?

35mm Film 24 Exposures Sitting Undeveloped For 20 Yrs. Good/bad ?
Exposures are stored in cannisters after taking pictures.  Little or no exposure to light.
