Cycling Off

The unit cycles off at the end of the harvest cycle, then starts on it's on. I've replaced the ice level control and control board, no help. Any other reasons for this other than the ice level control.

There should be a tech. data sheet behind the very bottom access panel below your door, it will tell you how to run the diagnostic mode. I think it should be the control board. contact KitchenAid and let them know about this and they will likely send a new control board
