Freezer Is Cold, But Fridge Is Not.

We first noticed excessive frost buildup in the freezer. Then the top shelf in the fridge was no longer being cooled. After checking to make sure the air door was open and clear, still no air flow from the freezer to the fridge. Interestingly, only when the freezer door is open does the air flow through the air door into the fridge.
