A two-digit F3 code means an open temperature sensor or thermal fuse, so those parts must be replaced. A four-digit F3-E0, F3-E1, F3-E2 or F3-E3 code or a two-digit F4 code means that either the oven is registering as too hot or the temperature sensor has shorted. Either way, the oven temperature sensor must be replaced.
