We Had An Ice Dam Issue In The Bottom Of The Freezer/refrig Fixed 4 Yrs Ago And

After having the drain tube fixed 4 yrs ago, we put in an ice maker. It is not getting water. Everything was checked for running water before the final connection. We are not getting water into icemaker
