Water Not Getting To Ice Maker. Probably A Bad Solenoid Valve, But I Don't Know

Water is not getting to ice maker. Probably a bad solenoid valve, but I don't know how to get to it on this built-in model. Any ideas? Was working fine. Already swapped out the filter in case that was it.

Possible causes include: clogged water filter; and low water pressure. For details, see http://www.repairclinic.com/RepairHelp/How-To-Fix-A-Refrigerator/53-121--S1NTQzQ4RlRT/KitchenAid-Refrigerator-ice-maker-not-working.

if you got an answer already he has had similar problem but it wasn't like this freezer fridge was new it is good to clean the trailer out every once in awhile the water line going to the refrigerator is a small vinyl tube, which can King easily and also if you ever have air in your water air can get trapped in the small tubing going to your refrigerator from the wall or floor. if you have recently pulled the refrigerator out cleaned then it could be pinched or if it is new then give it some time and it will clean out the air on its own just with the pressure, you can lift up the ice stopper bar for a while then down for a while and up to tuern it off again then to complete that make shore you put that bar down and net turns to ice maker back on and it should start to work. if you can also look inside and see if water is filling at all in the ice cube maker if you see a little bit of water then you know it is somehow getting air, and that is prohibiting the water from getting into the ice maker. if at all possible book underneath the floor where the refrigerator is and find the only clear small tube that would be in your plumbing area look under directly underneath where the refrigerator is the lover for unless its an apartment building if you can pull the refrigerator about check the tube with a flashlight and see if there's any air bubbles or see if it is full of water feel it jiggle it around it'll feel heavy with the water that's when you know too lit and close that bar to power cycle it and try to get that water moving. also by pulling the refrigerator and you will be able to see a brass fitting there that is where air would be coming in and water would be it could be just a very small amount just enough a couple of the air bubbles to get in his clear vinyl tube so that hitting would need to be tightened those are the only options I believe you can do yourself to check possibly fix
