Uvo Voice Activated Music.

JUST PURCHASED 2013 KIA FORTE KOUP EX WITH UVO. IT WILL VOICE ACTVATE PHONE CALLS BUT NOT MUSIC. MAIN REASON WE WANTED UVO WAS TO ACTIVATE MUSIC BY VOICE. HAVE LOOKED AT VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE AND THEY SHOW UVO HAVING A TOUCHSCREEN. OUR UVO DOES NOT HAVE TOUCH SCREEN. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? WHY CAN'T WE VOICE ACTIVATE MUSIC??? WE PAID FOR THAT OPTION.
