Usb Error

I have a Kenwood BT 848U that I just installed, Everytime I plug in my Samsung Galaxy 2 I get an USB error flashing on the head unit. The phone will not charge and will not play the music saved to the phone. I have tried 2 different Galzxy 2 phones and get the same error.
