Connect Amp To Receiver.

Hello    I bought a kenwood kdc-bt652u and I connected my amp to the P. Cont... But the amp will not turn on??? Iv check the amp connections and I'm get voltage to amp. Iv set the SW output to on in the receiver settings...  Any help would be great.
