Bottom Buttons Dont Work On My Kenwood Excelon Dnx 9140

If buttons does not work then the problem is the contacts between the faceplate and the base, you may have to remove the faceplate to clean the contacts on both sides (faceplate & base) use a soft dry cloth for cleaning.
