Kw System Stopped And Android Keyboard Stopped Working. How Do I Fix This?

I start my kenwwood dnn 992 and I get the messages kw system stopped unexpectedly and android keyboard quit working . How do I get past this so my radio will work

In order to fix this issue, you can try the following steps:

Restart your Kenwood DNN 992 by turning it off and then back on.
Try clearing the cache and data of the Kw system and the Android keyboard apps.
Check for any updates available for the Kw system and the Android keyboard apps, and update them if necessary.
If the issue persists, try uninstalling the Kw system and Android keyboard apps, then reinstalling them.
If the problem still persists, contact the Kenwood customer service for further assistance.
