Microwave Door Release Doesn't Work - Ca 7 Yr Old Countertop W/pushbutton
Just brought home my daughter's Kenmore Microwave from out of state. Ca.7 years old, but not used for 5 years. When first unpacked, everything was fine, but several minutes later, door release failed.
a) is there a safe way to open the door?
b) do I need to take it to a service center?
c) location of service center nearest zip 13905?
