Fatal Error
I have a vx7020 and my navi has a fatal error occurred in the main thread showing on screen. Address:0x007da348 & exception 0x0000005. What can I do

Register and download new software through the web @: https://www.naviextras.com/shop/portal/newLogin. You may need their special updating tool to update the sd card on the Jensen VX7020. This upgrades your unit's software and also updates your map.
